How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers with internal stiffeners to prevent corner dings and warping during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for defective items only. Due to the nature of analog media, we cannot accept returns for opened records or tapes based on personal preference.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
How can I track my order?
